Teknika Strapping Systems’ unique perspective on strapping application has driven us to constantly improve our design and market competitiveness. This coming year we will be continuing in growing our offering of products with an expansion of our current tool line as well as broadening our product categories.
To complement our tools, we have developed a premium strapping dispenser. Eliminating the cumbersome size specific drum and axel style design, we have manufactured an easy to use universal dispenser. Key highlights for this dispenser are that it is compatible for all coil sizes and types, features an adjustable and simple top-drop strap loading mechanism, and coupled with robust heavy duty wheels for easy mobility and durability. We believe this dispenser is going to drastically improve on the traditional dispenser design by eliminating unaddressed and accepted design flaws. To better serve our distributors and continue along the same product line the dispenser’s enhanced accessory box can be filled with TSS offering of our very own Steel, PET, and PP Seals.
TSS existing product expansion, will be in the established successful line of woven cord tools. Taking into account our market leading woven cord tensioners features, such as the unique return windlass mechanism, cord specific cutters, and grippers that make sure you get the most tension out of your strap. We considered expanding our scope of applications and addressing the issue of strapping round bundles. By developing a solution in the form of an attachment specific for such an application we believe our tools will continue to lead this sector. This attachment will be available on our current MUL-325 and MUL-375 Tensioners.
Our biggest and most exciting development is an addition of a battery powered woven cord tensioner to be released in the first half of 2017. With the portability of a manual tool, the tensioning speed of a pneumatic tool, and the established functionality of TSS design, we believe we will be able to offer a market leading product.
